Does The Reserve have houses or apartments?
The Reserve is a community of 4 bedroom houses. There are 5 different styles from which you can choose.
Do the different style houses have different floor plans?
All of the 4 bedroom layouts are very similar. There may be a slight difference in the size of the bedrooms for each model, depending on your location in the house.
Does The Reserve offer individual leases or are we responsible for the whole house?
The Reserve offers individual leases for the convenience of its residents!
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we are very pet friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! However, we do have a few restrictions. If you would like to discuss this further, please give us a call or come by the clubhouse.
Is there a pet deposit?
Yes, please contact the office for the deposit amount.
Does The Reserve have a private shuttle?
Yes we have a private shuttle!
How long are your leases?
12 months, with the option to sublease any portion if desired.
Do you provide a roommate matching service if we don’t have the required amount of people to sign a lease?
Yes! If you don’t know of anyone else to live with, but you’re dying to live at The Reserve, there’s no need to worry! You and your friends can sign an individual lease at any time and we guarantee that you’ll live in one of our beautiful The Reserve homes. You can also use our roommate-matching program that gives you more access, more freedom, and more control over who you live with.
Are the houses furnished?
We offer furnished and unfurnished options.
What is included with the furnished option?
We furnish a full size bed, desk, bedside table, and dresser for the bedrooms.
What utilities are included with my rent?

What safety precautions do you provide?
While we can never guarantee anyone’s safety, we do make every effort to provide a safe neighborhood for our residents. The Reserve is a gated neighborhood and offers individual alarm systems in every home, electronic keys, and an on site courtesy officer.
Does The Reserve have on-site maintenance?
Yes, The Reserve has an on-site maintenance staff that work hard to respond and resolve any maintenance requests as quickly as possible!
When is my rent due?
You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
